Moving from a traditional way of producing art is always a risk, but this was well worth it. Imagine being able to get even more personal with one of THE most personal parts of your wedding day.. your wedding dress. Having a ballroom gown versus a mermaid style is definitely an every bride-to-be's choice, but what about something more personal?
I have painted my first wedding gown and -although it wasn't easy- it was well worth it! I began working with Kelly at Lynns Ranch to find the "blank" dress provided by Southern Belle Cosignments (that I was able to model as the artist !) After confirming florals with Stones Throw Floral and finding the perfect location at Sam Houston National Park all other speciality vendors were reserved. After 2 months of planning and one month of painting meticulously.... I am incredibly excited to share these images that are now live with weddingchicks .
